Meet Our Founder
Sam Deshpande witnessed firsthand the meaningful impact that Applied Behavior Analysis (ABA) therapy can have on a child with autism through her own autistic son's experience with ABA services. Growing up with an older brother who has intellectual disability, also provided her with a deep and personal understanding of the unique strengths, challenges, and support needs of individuals with developmental disabilities. These experiences inspired Sam to dedicate her career to helping children with autism reach their full potential through compassionate, evidence-based ABA therapy.
